We run our Wellbeing Retreats at the Water Shed, Bosham, Chichester - a beautifully designed location that was featured on Grand Designs, with a natural pool, hot tub, sauna, and a feeling of peace in a calming setting.

We start the day with gentle yoga and meditation, to relax and leave behind of your concerns and worries. It's set you up for the day ahead, with a clear mind and calm body.

You have the opportunity to swim in the natural pool and benefit from cold water immersion therapy or to use the outdoor hot tub or sauna. Feel the spaciousness of being in nature. You can use this time to connect with others or with yourself. You gain a sense of expansiveness & energy in this time.

We believe in the power of good wholesome food to heal and lift our mood. Our chef creates nutritious whole food plant based snacks and lunch for a healthy nourishing boost for your body and mind. The food is always a feast for the eyes and for your soul.

After lunch our retreat leader and wellbeing coach Lou Hamilton leads a creative transformation session, in which you get to explore what is holding you back in your life and creatively explore ways to move forward to flourish.

We wind down our day with a soothing sound bath to restore your mind and body, ready to go back out into the world feeling restored and rejuvenated. You don't need to do anything, just lie there and let the sound frequencies work their magic.

Payment
Payment will be taken at time of booking on Retreat Store. Block bookings may incur a 10% non-refundable booking fee.
Cancellation Policy
Retreats: Cancellations within two weeks of the retreat date mean retreat fee cannot be refunded. Cancellations with less than three weeks will incur a 50% retreat fee.
