Laugh and learn
When was the last time you had a good old belly laugh? As it rips through your body you feel all the tension melt away and your brain expand. In that state; with your mind and heart open you are much more able to absorb, learn and grow. My favourite teacher at school was my physics teacher Doc Roberts, who made a hard subject easier for me with his dry humour, wonky teaching style and no-bull-shit approach.
